Custom and Hand made Ink Pens
Crafted on a Wood Lathe
Thirty years ago, I became a "Shop" teacher. I've always enjoyed working with my hands, and, as a youngster, I was constantly taking things apart and putting them back together. Working with wood and other materials has come quite naturally.
Each product is a "one-of-a-kind" piece of art that cannot be duplicated, no matter how hard I try. Why would you want to duplicate a created piece? No true artisan would try to create two of the same ... as in mass production.
I have an unwritten conviction that, if I wouldn't want an item myself, then I could not expect someone else to purchase, and be OK with, an inferior product.
My signature pen: Cholla cactus, embedded with crushed turquoise,
both from Santa Fe, NM (cholla is pronounced "choy-ah"). (pic #1001)
Wine bottle stoppers (pic #2001)
Cholla cactus embedded with turquoise. Both cactus and turquoise are obtained from Santa Fe, NM.
30 caliber replica bullet, bolt extends the ink refill, rifle clip and primer cap on the end. Seven different metal finishes to please everyone.
NOW
images of wood coming really soon
